Total Fiber Recovery @ Chesapeake utilizes CellMark’s Recycling Division’s scope & scale to source the recycled raw material input for our plant. TFR @ C will utilize the highest quality supply of American OCC and Mixed Paper to be transformed into clean, consistent pulp for applications in packaging & specialty paper around the world. CellMark Recycling will source these recycled materials from the Chesapeake area and neighboring communities.
